Epson makes great projectors. We love their projectors. They give you the best bang for buck. They offer about 85% the performance for less than half the price of more expensive brands. They have excellent build quality and terrific service. They also have a fantastic home theater system.
The Epson 9500UB has great contrast and color and bright modes for watching with the lights on. It comes with a ceiling mount and spare lamp. It can also be used with an anamorphic lens. It's half the price of our other brands but it is not half the performance. If you want the last 10-15% better performance expect to spend double the money.
The Ensemble systems are complete systems. They come with the projector, surround sound system, 100" screen, stand, mount, DVD player and programmed remote. They have everything you need and are made to be easy to install for the do it yourself person.
